Writing about something that I know from experience really helped me add voice into the paper. My topic I chose was working, which I’m always doing. From writing about something that I can really relate to and am interested in I put more voice into the paper without even trying. This also helped connect to my audience and be able to speak to them more casually then normal. Everybody can relate to working at some point of their lives, which helps with people being able to communicate. Surrounding yourself in a working community is the main point of my blog and since I tend to do this often it was easy to write. That’s why I believe this piece can connect to the audience and show them how I truly feel on the topic.
